Slutty Vegan Brooklyn is the Atlanta based national brand’s first New York City location. The project was a complete gut renovation of the famous “Biggie Smalls” building. This construction included full kitchen installations with captive air hood, fire suppression, and precipitator systems. The project was completed and operational in a record 6 weeks.
