The third iteration of the classic New York sports bar comes to the Grand Central area. Navac Builders provided general contracting and construction management services for the Stout Hospitality Group for the 6,500sqft build. The build included full MEPS and a construction of a new second floor level which is home to a private events space. The construction includes high end mahogany and steel finishes.
