Navac, Builders Inc. is completing the comprehensive renovation and conversion of an existing three-story plus cellar mixed-use building into a single-tenant community facility for Chhaya CDC. The project includes extensive interior renovations, structural and MEP upgrades, installation of a new elevator serving the building, accessibility improvements, and a full change of Certificate of Occupancy.
