Critical Chiller Replacement

Moinian Group retained Navac Builders to replace the existing chilling towers with two new 15,000 pound units. the new units will feed the 27 story, 397 unit, apartment building. This project included structural upgrades, along with electrical and plumbing configurations. This project was completed on a critical timeline in order to get services to the apartments below quickly.
