We are fully Licensed and Insured in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut
We carry industry-leading insurance, maintain a bonding capacity of up to $30 million, and operate under a comprehensive, OSHA-aligned safety program. Our field teams hold OSHA 30 Construction credentials and NYC Site Safety Training (SST) cards, and we enforce strict jobsite controls through site-specific planning, active supervision, and documented compliance.
Our safety program includes, at a minimum: a written company safety plan and job hazard analyses (JHAs); subcontractor safety prequalification and onboarding; routine toolbox talks and jobsite inspections; OSHA injury/illness reporting and recordkeeping; Hazard Communication (SDS management and chemical labeling); fall protection planning and enforcement; scaffold safety oversight; excavation/trenching controls with required competent-person inspections; electrical safety, cord/tool inspections, and lockout/tagout where applicable; PPE standards; silica/respiratory protection protocols when required; and equipment/rigging/lifting safety procedures when applicable.
